Kate Tenney has had a hard life but is on the road to overcoming her past by becoming a writer until her latest book is banned in Boston. She feels she has no choices left until she sees an add for an heiress to Last Chance Ranch in Cactus Patch, Arizona. The only stipulation is she can never marry. Kate is determined to learn ranching and fulfill her obligations until she meets Luke Adams, the town blacksmith. Luke is the hero of her books personified and Kates resolve begins to slip. Will she become the owner of Last Chance Ranch or will she follow her heart?
After reading “Waiting For Morning” I knew I had to read “Dawn Comes Early” and I was definitely not disappointed. This book is in a series but can be read as a “stand alone” book also. Margaret Brownley has such a way with words that you just can’t put her books down. She is definitely one of my favorite new artists! I highly recommend this book!
My Rating: 5 out of 5 Palms
